I found your company on line and was so happy I did...not only did you have the perfect bag for my photo cards that I make and sell but your prices and shipping were great! Plus an extra bonus...your company is in my home town of Rochester, NY...what better way for me to support my hometown...Thanks for an excellent product and excellent service...a former Rochesterian who now lives in Virginia!

While the sleeves are great the ordering process on the website isn't. We are a tax-exempt non-profit organization with an account on Bags Unlimited's website, yet each time we order we are charged NYS Sales Tax, then need to email them to request a refund, then the issue a credit a week or so later. In short it's a pain and as I heard of Bags Unlimited via the comic collecting world I imagine there are many buyers out there (i.e. comic shops) that resell their bags and have a reseller number so are also exempt from being charged sales tax. I have asked customer service several times over the last couple years to find a way to allow tax exempt sales without the run-around/back and forth. Next time if it's still an issue we will spend that time finding a reseller that doesn't make us jump through hoops.
